Working on the ground in coastal communities throughout New England, Consensus Building Institute (CBI) and the MIT Science Impact Collaborative jointly developed their proposal, Building Consensus, Enabling Adaptation, which won the Judges’ and Popular Choice awards in the Enabling Adaptation contest.  Here’s their story:
